Drink Menu

Ma Cherie
  • 1-inch piece of celery
  • 2 1/2 ounces fino sherry
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple gum syrup
  • 1/4 ounce green Chatreuse
  • 1/4 ounce velvet falernum
  • 10 drops saline solution (see Editor's Note)
Instructions: muddle celery; short shake; strain into highball over crushed ice; cucumber ribbon garnish
Jelena
  • 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 4 oz Pineapple juice
Instructions: Combine and refrigerate for a couple of hours then charge with a Nitro Whip.
Seapea Fizz
  • 3⁄4 oz Absinthe
  • 3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 oz Soda water
Instructions: dry shake, shake, up, top with soda.
Clearly Aloe'n
  • 1 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
  • 1 oz Bianco Vermouth
  • 1 oz Aloe Liqueur, Chareau
Instructions: stir, strain, coupe
