Moong dal

Ingredient
- 1/2 cup Moong beans or lentils
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 5 red chilli
- some white/black pepper
- some salt
Preparation
1. Boil moong beans.
2. Sauté chopped onions.
3. Mash beans, add onions and ground spices
4. Add 1 cup water and boil.
5. Serve with jasmin rice and pickles.
