Reviewing offers Tuesday, Nov 28th, noon Seattle time.

Monday:

* first, get in touch with buyers agent, via Nadya
** send all available info via email, from seller agent
** context: we like the house, and want to put in offer, but ok if falls through and we do more prepared offers in a couple months
** Q: ability to move walls; permit hard? determine if wall is load bearing?
** Q: ability to add a new separate ADU building, or trailer; is this realistic?
** Q: what else do we need to have to make the offer itself? eg paperwork
** Q: what price and conditions should we offer at?
* in parallel, talk to a mortgage loan officer
** try to get pre-approved, either as an LLC, or subset of group

Tuesday (or Monday PM):

* combine paperwork and final caveats/numbers, send to seller's agent
