ginger pork

grilled leeks

Drink Menu

Ma Cherie

1-inch piece of celery
2 1/2 ounces fino sherry
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce pineapple gum syrup
1/4 ounce green Chatreuse
1/4 ounce velvet falernum
10 drops saline solution (see Editor's Note)

muddle celery; short shake; strain into highball over crushed ice; cucumber ribbon garnish

Jelena

1 oz Amaro Montenegro
4 oz Pineapple juice

Combine and refridgerate for a couple of hours then charge with a Nitro Whip. Alternatively, shake over ice. Either way, serve over ice in a highball glass.

Seapea Fizz

3⁄4 oz Absinthe
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
1 oz Soda water

dry shake, shake, up, top with soda.

Clearly Aloe'n

1 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
1 oz Bianco Vermouth
1 oz Aloe Liqueur, Chareau

stir, strain, coupe
