Drink Menu
- 1-inch piece of celery
- 2 1/2 ounces fino sherry
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce pineapple gum syrup
- 1/4 ounce green Chatreuse
- 1/4 ounce velvet falernum
- 10 drops saline solution (see Editor's Note)
- muddle celery; short shake; strain into highball over crushed ice; cucumber ribbon garnish
- 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 4 oz Pineapple juice
- Combine and refridgerate for a couple of hours then charge with a Nitro Whip. Alternatively, shake over ice. Either way, serve over ice in a highball glass.
- 3⁄4 oz Absinthe
- 3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- 1 oz Soda water
- dry shake, shake, up, top with soda.
- 1 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
- 1 oz Bianco Vermouth
- 1 oz Aloe Liqueur, Chareau
- stir, strain, coupe
