- egg salad sandwich + katsu cutlet, shredded green cabbage, and okonomi sauce on white crustless bread

Course #1: Salad and Garlic (オカダガーリック)

- Shot of garlic infused tequila (inspired by Okada Garlic)
- Snack
- baby kale salad w/ radish sprouts, fried garlic, crushed raw garlic, fried (but very soft) egg, "bacon" bits, parmesan cheese (inspired by Okada Garlic but remade at home)
Salad notes: We made it at the house and Lucy made it based on the recipe and picture.
Course #3: Okonomiyaki on a stick
