Course #1: Champagne + コンビニサンド+サラダ

  • Piper-Heidsieck Campagne (blue bottle)

  • small shredded, daikon, cabbage, carrot and corn salad w/ miso dressing
  • egg salad sandwich + katsu cutlet, shredded green cabbage, and okonomi sauce on white crustless bread
  • satsuma mikan!

Course #2: Salad and Garlic (オカダガーリック)

  • Shot of garlic infused tequila (inspired by Okada Garlic)
Snack
  • baby kale salad w/ radish sprouts, fried garlic, crushed raw garlic, fried (but very soft) egg, "bacon" bits, parmesan cheese (inspired by Okada Garlic but remade at home)

Salad notes: We made it at the house and Lucy made it based on the recipe and picture.
