Things to be Fixed! Either by us or Sergey. Sergey's number is 253-797-3704.

  • Lower oven door might not close all the way. There was evidence (lots of tape stubs) that previous residents hacked around this. It's a KitchenAid Superba, dual ovens, convection feature. Reporter: B
Model number is KEBS247DBL11. Manual (pdf)
Might be a problem with the door hinge springs. Will try removing.
Also might need to replace: inner door glass on top (cracked), bulbs (won't turn on, need to check if blown; buy generic, not from repair site), in-food thermometer (haven't searched; not really necessary)
  • Vanity lights in 2flr bath don't work. Maybe try breaker? Reporter: B
  • Need back fence door keys. Reporter: B
  • 1flr bath left-hand under-sink drawers are all smashed. Reporter: B
  • Light switch in large room on first floor is shattered. Reporter: B
  • 1flr bath towel rack. Reporter: B
  • Fridge water and ice don't work. Reporter: L
  • 1flr bathroom toilet does not stop running after flushing, need to manually pull up floater bulb. Reporter: L
  • Doorbell doesn't work. Reporter: L

Above were reported to Sergey 3NOV2015

  • Third floor bathroom doesn't drain well (tub and sink). Report: Ma

Fixed

  • 1flr bath shower back on rails
  • Water (hot and cold) works
  • Need air filter in central air system (none here when we arrived). Reporter: B. Installed on move-in (11/3/2015), filter should last 3 months. I bought an extra one also. These are 20x20x1" filters. There is another slot for an input filter (?) with a different size (I haven't measured, didn't look as important). —bnewbold 19:27, 3 November 2015 (EST)
  • Tray under stove is broken; some previous resident nail-hacked it back in, but did a really shitty job. Reporter: L. Did a basic fix, but it's not very smooth. If we get/find a level I could do a better job. —bnewbold 19:27, 3 November 2015 (EST)
