Things to be Fixed! Either by us or Sergey. Sergey's number is 253-797-3704.

  • Oven issues:
    • Might need to replace inner door glass on top (cracked). Reporter B
    • light bulbs (won't turn on, need to check if blown; buy generic, not from repair site). Reporter: B
  • in-food thermometer (haven't searched; not really necessary). Reporter: B
  • Need back fence door keys. Reporter: B
  • 1flr bath left-hand under-sink drawers are all smashed. Reporter: B
  • Light switch in large room on first floor is shattered. Reporter: B
  • 1flr bath towel rack. Reporter: B
  • Fridge water and ice don't work. Reporter: L
  • Doorbell doesn't work. Reporter: L

Above were reported to Sergey 3NOV2015

  • Third floor bathroom doesn't drain well (tub and sink). Reporter: Ma

In Progress / Borderline

  • Dishwasher does not seem to dissolve detergent and seems to clean dishes poorly. Online searching implies that this means that the spray arm is not hitting the right spot. Reporter: Ma
    • I reconnected a bracket which I think will address the issue although the bracket itself is cracked in a way that may make this an unsatisfying solution. When the top tray is pushed it, we need to make sure that that the socket connects firmly to the water outlet on the back. I'll confirm and move this to fixed if the round of dishes is fixed. —mako 16:42, 8 November 2015 (EST)
    • I also removed a piece of can and some other material from the bottom of the dishwasher. The dishes were extremely clean after a run this morning and the detergent was almost entirely dissolved. Progress! —mako 16:39, 11 November 2015 (EST)

Fixed

  • 1flr bath shower back on rails
  • Water (hot and cold) works
  • Need air filter in central air system (none here when we arrived). Reporter: B. Installed on move-in (11/3/2015), filter should last 3 months. I bought an extra one also. These are 20x20x1" filters. There is another slot for an input filter (?) with a different size (I haven't measured, didn't look as important). —bnewbold 19:27, 3 November 2015 (EST)
  • Tray under stove is broken; some previous resident nail-hacked it back in, but did a really shitty job. Reporter: L. Did a basic fix, but it's not very smooth. If we get/find a level I could do a better job. —bnewbold 19:27, 3 November 2015 (EST)
  • Dishwasher wheels for the bottom tray are missing broken. Reporter: Ma
    • B ordered new wheels (on sale); Ma installed wheels.
  • Dishwasher door fell off. Reporter: Ma
  • The flame on the front right burner seems too diffuse and somewhat out of control (e.g., going up to high). Too much gas? Reporter: MA
    • Turns out the little discs up on the front were switched for the first two. The flame seems to be back in business now.
  • Vanity lights in 2flr bath don't work. Maybe try breaker? Reporter: B
    • Fixed with new lightbulbs by B. The dimmer doesn't work but this is due to a limitation of the LED bulbs. —mako 13:42, 12 November 2015 (EST)
  • 1flr bathroom toilet does not stop running after flushing, need to manually pull up floater bulb. Reporter: L
  • It's a KitchenAid Superba, dual ovens, convection feature. Reporter: B **FIXED** only the lower oven door issue this morning —bnewbold 15:59, 5 November 2015 (EST)
