- Lower oven door might not close all the way. There was evidence (lots of tape stubs) that previous residents hacked around this. It's a KitchenAid Superba, dual ovens, convection feature. Reporter: B

- Might be a problem with the door hinge springs. Will try removing.
- Also might need to replace: inner door glass on top (cracked), bulbs (won't turn on, need to check if blown), in-food thermometer (meh)
- Vanity lights in 2flr bath don't work. Maybe try breaker? Reporter: B
