Breakfast Day 1 (Klamath Falls)
- Savory Waffles at Waffle Hut in Klamath Falls
Lunch Day 1 (Road or in Mazama)
- basil, sundried tomato, parmesian sandwich; make in the hotel before or along the road

Dinner Day 1 (Mazama)
- retort indian curry w/ chickpea crepes
Ingredients:

- crepe mix (1/2cup chickpea flour + (equal parts: salt + turmeric + cayanne + cumin seeds + hot chili))
