Cottage Eggs

We had this dish at Mako's parents house in 2009.

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup flour
• 8 ounce cottage cheese
• 6-8 ounce grated cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 green pepper
• 8 ounce sliced mushrooms
• 4 ounce sausage

• Makes 4-6 people

Instruction

1. Grease pan.

2. Put sausage and vegetable mix on bottom of 9x9 pan.

3. Cover with cheese.

4. Pour on egg mixture.

5. Bake 20-30 mins at 375C
