Infused & Gift-able cocktails

Goal: 3-4 small bottles that can be easily turned into a few great cocktails.

Ideas:

1. Rosemary Syrup
2. theo chocolate infused rye

4. cinnamon bitters (we've done this before)

Target Cocktails: Old fashioned: An infused whiskey + sugar. (with gin): A gin martini
