- context: we like the house, and want to put in offer, but ok if falls through and we do more prepared offers in a couple months

- Q: ability to add a new separate ADU building, or trailer; is this realistic?
- Q: what else do we need to make offer? what price and conditions should we offer at?
- in parallel, talk to a mortgage loan officer
- try to get pre-approved, either as an LLC, or subset of group
