==Ingredients==
 
* Fu (麩)
* Mayonnaise
* Yakiniku no tare (BBQ sauce)
 
==Preparation==
 
1. Reconstitute fu until it's soft. Drain as soon as it gets soft enough or they may fall apart.
 
2. Mix in mayonnaise until all fu are covered.
 
3. Sauté until both the top and the bottom become lightly brown.
 
4. Soak up extra oil on kitchen paper.
 
5. Mix in Yakinikuno tare.
