Drink Menu

Marquee Cocktail

  • 1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Martin Miller's
  • 3⁄4 oz Aperol
  • 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 lf Sage
  • 1 pn Salt

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with cracked ice until very cold, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

Spanish Shawl

  • 1 1⁄2 oz Gin
  • 3⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
  • 3⁄4 oz Cucumber juice
  • 1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
  • 1⁄4 oz Lime juice

Instructions: Shake, strain, up w/ cucumber wheel garnish

House Call

  • 3⁄4 oz Sloe gin
  • 3⁄4 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
  • 3⁄4 oz Bénédictine
  • 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice

Instructions: shake, strain, up, w/ lemon twist

Eulogy

  • 3⁄4 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
  • 3⁄4 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
  • 3⁄4 oz Strega
  • 3⁄4 oz Lime juice

Instructions: Shake, strain over ice, garnish with a lime wheel
