From Jessica Lebherz and others.

First you have to make the dough. For that you need:

300g flour
3 eggs
4 spoons of water
a little bit of salt

You put everything in a bowl and knead it to mix the dough. If it is too gluey, add a little more flour and put the dough in the fridge for about two hours.

Then you have to steam the vegetables you want together with the spices you like. Roll out the pastry thinly with a rolling pin. Cut it into pieces that are about as big as a palm. Fill them with the vegetables and fold them. To close them tight, use a fork to press the edges together.

When you're done with that you put them in boiling vegetable stock and cook them for about 5 minutes. Then the "Maultaschensuppe" (Suppe = soup) is ready.
