This is getting a bit more sbtcejuive, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like  Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of  neighbors  will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune  Social  is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

''Rail pass day 6.''

Spend day in [http://wikitravel.org/en/Kakunodate Kakunodate] (the site of some samurai training houses) in Akita looking at the samurai houses.

Travel from '''Kakunodate''' to '''Odate''' (~170 minutes). Grab dinner with a quick stop at [http://wikitravel.org/en/Odate Odate] so that we can eat [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiritanpo kiritanpo]. Finally, travel to '''Hirosaki''' (~36 minutes).
E_ting  well I always think of the dinrefefce between the Japanese (tempura) and the Scottish (deep fried mars bars) if I ever want to draw an extreme comparison  . Noodles  I am still learning to like milk tea. I am putting the effort in like my first tastes of beer. I am actually intending to do some posts on HK classics. Milk tea, yin-yong, HK breakfasts etc. soon. Just adjusting to them first : )Grubworm  the thing I find with Japanese food (like good 3* haute cuisine) is that you may leave full to death but it never looks like much. It is a slow war of food attrition which gets you, not simple size crudeness.

Stay at [http://www.jyh.or.jp/english/touhoku/hirosaki/index.html Youth Hostel]? (Not reserved)

* Afternoon: [http://sumo.pia.jp/en/sumo01.jsp Sumo Tournament] - The cheapest tickets should be around ¥3600 but it is often possible to move up. We should buy tickets at the gate to avoid a ¥1000 extra fee for booking online.
