  • Mika may have to fly directly to Vancouver and take a bus on 3/10.
  • Gary is driving up Friday evening and leaving presumably on Monday 3/11 after skiing

  • green curry (long grain rice, green curry paste, coconut milk, tofu, green beans, bamboo shoots, onion)
  • buddha bowl (grain (rice, black rice, wheat berries), protein (chickpeas, tofu), brussel sprouts or broccoli, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, avocado, egg, dressing)
