== Instructions == # dice or grate fresh veggies (i put through the food processor) # boil lentils until they're soft (30 minutes for green lentils, less for red) # cook the vegetables in oil until they're nice and fully soft, add lentils and cook 5-10 minutes more # while the veggies are cooking, combine the nuts, panko, and flour/grains # whisk the eggs and milk separately, once fully whiskey, pour those, along with the spices, the veggies, and everything else together # butter or grease a loaf pan # bake in a preheated 350Β°F oven (cover with foil for ~40 mins if possible) # every ten minutes or so, open the open and add 1/4-1/2 cup of water or (if you're feeling fancy water mixed with butter or olive oil) this is basically just to make sure that the whole thing doesn't dry out # cook for about 40-50 minutes You'll want to serve it with [[groovey gravy]] or some other kind of gravy. In a pinch, ketchup also will also always work.
