Hot sauce

Hot sauce.


  • 1 pint jalapeño peppers
  • 1 gallon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 quart tabasco peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salt


  1. Wash jalapeños
  2. Add to vinegar, allow to steep for two months
  3. Remove jalapeños from vinegar
  4. Chop tabasco peppers, add to pot
  5. add vinegar and salt to pot
  6. bring to boil, then reduce to simmer, stirring from time to time, for ten minutes
  7. blend mixture, refrigerate for one month or so.
  8. Strain pulp and seeds from sauce
