Very easy. Great camping food.
- Japanese Curry Roux (i.e. Golden Curry Hot)
- other vegetables you like
1. Sauté cubed tofu
2. Add chopped vegetables
3. When the veggies are sauted enough, add enough water to cover all veggies
4. Boil the veggies until the potatoes become soft.
5. Add the roux. Taste it and see if you need more.
6. Serve with short-grain rice.
