It's easy to make if you have the crust already.
- Vegan pie crusts
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Green peppers
- Diced tomatoes
1. Soak TVP and Shiitake mushrooms and diced tomatoes. Add water if necessary.
2. Saute onions, garlic, green pepper, and celery. Add salt and pepper for taste.
3. Add 1 to 2 and saute more.
4. Put 3 on pie crust. Cover with another pie crust or pieces of cabbage.
5. 350C for 30 mins.
