*It's easy if you have a shredder. ==Ingredients== * 8 medium size potatoes * 3 leeks * 3 eggs * salt and pepper ==Preparation== 1. Shred potatoes. 2. Cut off the top and bottom of the leeks. Cut into halves lengthwise and '''wash well'''. Slice them thinly. 3. Mix all the ingredients. 4. Pour about 2 Tbsp of the mixture onto a frying pan. Make sure to have enough oil inside. Flip when one side becomes brown. 5. Eat with sour cream or apple sauce.
