I had extra frozen cooked beans, so I made this soup. We usually saute collard greens but this is a good and easy alternative. | |||

* 2 mushrooms | |||
* 1 onion | |||
* 2 garlic cloves | |||
* 1 cup beans | |||
* 4-5 cup broth | |||
* salt and pepper | |||
* white wine | |||
