I had extra frozen cooked beans, so I made this soup. We usually saute collard greens but this is a good and easy alternative.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch collard greens
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup beans
- 4-5 cup broth
- salt and pepper
- white wine
Preparation
1. Boil collard greens, mushroom, and beans in a broth.
2. Saute the diced onion and garlic cloves. Add to 1.
3. Add white wine, salt, and pepper.
