- 2 cups Black-eyed Peas (Cooked / Drained)
- 2 cups Great Northern or Navy Beans (Cooked / Drained)
- 4 tbs Vegetable Oil
- 11/2 Tomato Paste, Canned
- 1 cup Water
- 11/2 cups Dry Grits
- 11/2 Rolled Oats, Dry

- Milk, instant Nonfat Dry
- Carrots, raw grated
- Spinach, can, drained
- Beans, Great Northern, cooked

- Potatoes, dehydrated, flakes
