Dinner Menu
Killer BLAT
The Killer BLAT is a vegan bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich built around a buffalo fried chicken seitan patty from the Butcher's Son vegan deli in Berkeley.
Drink Menu
Marquee Cocktail
- 1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Martin Miller's
- 3⁄4 oz Aperol
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
- 2 lf Sage
- 1 pn Salt
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with cracked ice until very cold, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sage leaf.
Spanish Shawl
- 1 1⁄2 oz Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
- 3⁄4 oz Cucumber juice
- 1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
- 1⁄4 oz Lime juice
Instructions: Shake, strain, up w/ cucumber wheel garnish
House Call
- 3⁄4 oz Sloe gin
- 3⁄4 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
- 3⁄4 oz Bénédictine
- 3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
Instructions: shake, strain, up, w/ lemon twist
Eulogy
- 3⁄4 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
- 3⁄4 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
- 3⁄4 oz Strega
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
Instructions: Shake, strain over ice, garnish with a lime wheel
