BBQ Sauce

Eastern North Carolina sauce. Originally meant for pork, might could be tried on other things, as well.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
- pinch cinnamon
Preparation[edit]
Mix it all up in a jar, put the lid on it, and let set for a week or two.
