Potato Leek Pancakes

- It's easy if you have a shredder.
Ingredients[edit]
- 8 medium size potatoes
- 3 leeks
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
Preparation[edit]
1. Shred potatoes.
2. Cut off the top and bottom of the leeks. Cut into halves lengthwise and wash well. Slice them thinly.
3. Mix all the ingredients.
4. Pour about 2 Tbsp of the mixture onto a frying pan. Make sure to have enough oil inside. Flip when one side becomes brown.
5. Eat with sour cream or apple sauce.
