| I had extra frozen cooked beans, so I made this soup. We usually saute collard greens but this is a good and easy alternative.

| * 2 mushrooms

| * 1 onion

| * 2 garlic cloves

| * 1 cup beans
| |
| * 4-5 cup broth
| |
| * salt and pepper

| 1. Boil collard greens, mushroom, and beans in a broth.
