Killer BLAT --- A vegan bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich built around a buffalo fried chicken seitan patty from the Butcher's Son vegan deli in Berkeley.

Marquee Cocktail[edit]

1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Martin Miller's
3⁄4 oz Aperol
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
2 lf Sage
1 pn Salt

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with cracked ice until very cold, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

Spanish Shawl[edit]

1 1⁄2 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
3⁄4 oz Cucumber juice
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
1⁄4 oz Lime juice

Instructions: Shake, strain, up w/ cucumber wheel garnish

House Call[edit]

3⁄4 oz Sloe gin
3⁄4 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
3⁄4 oz Bénédictine
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice

Instructions: shake, strain, up, w/ lemon twist

Eulogy[edit]

3⁄4 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
3⁄4 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
3⁄4 oz Strega
3⁄4 oz Lime juice

Instructions: Shake, strain over ice, garnish with a lime wheel
