  • eat snacks and/or just buy dinner on the train

Breakfast Day 1 (Klamath Falls)

  • Savory Waffles at Waffle Hut in Klamath Falls

Lunch Day 1 (Road or in Mazama)

  • basil, sundried tomato, parmesian sandwich; make in the hotel before or along the road

Ingredients:

  • basil + SDT + parm

Dinner Day 1 (Mazama)

  • retort indian curry w/ chickpea crepes

Ingredients:

  • 1x Retort
  • crepe mix (1/2cup chickpea flour + (equal parts: salt + turmeric + cayanne + cumin seeds + hot chili))

Breakfast Day 2 (Mazama)

  • oatmeal + eggs

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal packets

Lunch Day 2 (Road)

  • lunch egg sandwich (made in morning)

Dinner Day 2 (Toketee)

Breakfast Day 4 (Oakridge)

  • bakery-baked goods from oakridge (opens at 7am)

Lunch Day 4 (Road)

  • something picked up in oakridge on the way out. Ray's Place supermarket is open 7am-10pm

Dinner Day 4 (Cougar Springs)

  • Japanese curry w/ rice, veggies, and tofu
